Bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat I Fu Mie
- 2 lembar mie telur.
- Siapkan 200 gr udang.
- 200 gr daging ayam.
- Sediakan 1 butir telur.
- Wortel.
- Pokcay.
- Jamur sitake.
- Sediakan 1 buah tomat.
- Bumbu.
- Sediakan 1/2 butir bawang bombay.
- Sediakan 2 siung bawang putih.
- 3 buah cabai merah.
- Kamu perlu 1 buah jahe ukuran sedang.
- Sediakan Daun bawang.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt Merica.
- Siapkan 1 sdm kecap asin.
- Kamu perlu 1 sdm minyak wijen.

Tahapan membuat I Fu Mie
- Rendam.mie telur dalam air panas hingga lunak, tiriskan dan goreng hingga kering..

- Tumis bawang putih dan bombay sampai wangi, d susul dg jahe geprek, dan cabai merah.

- Tambahkan merica bubuk, saos tiram, kecap asin, minyak ikan dan minyak wijen.
- Aduk rata dan masukan sayur, aduk2 hingga layu, dan tambahkan air.

- Tambahkan 1 sdm tepung maizena yg suxah diencerkan. Tuang dsn aduke hingga mengental..
