Bunda bisa membuat I Fu Mie menggunakan 12 bahan dan 4 langkah. Berikut ini cara membuat I Fu Mie.

Bahan-bahan untuk membuat I Fu Mie

  1. 1 mie burung dara (isi 2 keping).
  2. Siapkan 100 gram udang.
  3. Sediakan 2 buah sosis, potong.
  4. Siapkan 4 buah pentol, potong.
  5. Siapkan 1 buah wortel, potong.
  6. Sediakan 2 kuntum pokcoy, iris.
  7. 3 siung bawang putih, iris halus.
  8. Siapkan 1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris.
  9. Siapkan 1 sdm Saus tiram.
  10. Siapkan Secukupnya gula, garam, merica bubuk.
  11. Siapkan 1 sdm maizena, larutkan dg 100 ml air.
  12. Kamu perlu Secukupnya air.

  2. Tumis bawang bombay & bawang putih hingga harum, lalu masukkan udang. tambahkan sosis dan pentol, dan sayuran. Masukkan saos tiram, gula, garam, & merica bubuk. Test rasa..
  3. Jika sudah matang, tambahkan larutan maizena, masak hingga mengental..
  4. Angkat dan siramkan di atas mie yg sudah digoreng tadi.. Selamat makan....
