Bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat I Fu Mie

  1. Siapkan 2 porsi mie telur.
  2. 1/2 ikat sawi.
  3. Kamu perlu 2 btr bakso, iris.
  4. Sediakan 1 bh sosis, iris.
  5. 1 btr telur.
  6. Sediakan 2 siung baput, geprek & cincang.
  7. 1/4 bombay kecil, iris.
  8. Sediakan 1/2 sdm minyak wijen.
  9. 1/2 sdm kecap ikan.
  10. 1 sdm saus tiram.
  11. 1 sdm saus sambal.
  12. Sediakan secukupnya kaldu jamur.
  13. Kamu perlu secukupnya lada bubuk.
  14. Siapkan 200 ml air.
  15. Sediakan 1 sdm maizena, larutkan.

  3. Masukkan sawi & air, masak sampai mendidih.
  4. Masukkan telur, aduk cepat, tambahkan larutan maizena, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk.
  5. Koreksi rasa lalu siram pada mie goreng yang sudah ditata di piring.
