- 1 bungkus Mie Telor.
- Sediakan 4 buah Bakso Sapi (dipotong kecil-kecil).
- Kamu perlu 6 ekor Udang Kupas Ukuran sedang (dipotong kecil-kecil).
- Sediakan secukupnya Dada Ayam Filet (dipotong kecil-kecil).
- Kamu perlu 2 buah Wortel (dipotong miring).
- Kamu perlu secukupnya Brokoli.
- 1 buah Tomat.
- Kamu perlu 6 siung Bawang Putih Cincang.
- Kamu perlu secukupnya Lada Bubuk.
- Sediakan secukupnya Garam.

- Sediakan 1 sdm Tepung Maizena (dilarutkan).

- Rebus mie telor dan tiriskan..
- Rebus bakso, udang dan ayam. Sisihkan (air kaldu jgn dibuang)..

- Masukkan wortel, brokoli dan tomat. Masak hingga wortel empuk..
- Tambahkan garam, gula, lada dan kaldu jamur..
- Masukkan telur, sambil diaduk rata. Setelah itu tambahkan tepung maizena yg telah dilarutkan..
- Koreksi rasa dan sisihkan..
- Panaskan minyak. Masukkan mie telor yg sudah direbus sedikit demi sedikit dan dilebarkan (tipis-tipis) agar hasilnya garing, tiriskan..
- Siapkan piring saji, taro mie telor yg sudah digoreng dan siram dengan kuahnya sesuai selera, sajikan..
