- Sediakan Secukupnya daun kol.
- Siapkan 3 butir bakso sapi.
- Sediakan 1 sdm maizena.
- Kamu perlu 100 ml air.
- Kamu perlu Secukupnya minyak goreng.

- Siapkan 1/4 siung bawang bombay.

- Rebus mie hingga lunak lalu goreng hingga kering,sisihkan.Potong-potong sayuran lalu cacah bawang putih dan iris bawang bombay kemudian Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bawang hingga harum,masukkan wortel tambahkan air dan diamkan sejenak hingga wortel setengah matang,lalu masukkan sisa sayuran dan tambahkan seasoning kemudian masukkan larutan maizena masak hingga kuah mengental.sajikan dengan taburan daun bawang,bawang goreng dan perasan jeruk nipis..
