- 1/2 Dada fillet ayam (bumbui 1 sdm kecap asin) iris.
- Siapkan 8 ekor Udang (wien skip ganti sosis).
- Siapkan 1 batang wortel potong korek.
- Kamu perlu Secukupnya Sawi (wien ganti kangkung).
- Segenggam toge.
- Bumbu :.
- 1 ruas Jahe cincang.
- Sediakan 2 siung Bawang putih cincang.
- 1 siung Bawang merah cincang.
- Kamu perlu 1 sdt Minyak wijen.
- Siapkan 2 sdm Kecap asin.
- Kamu perlu 2 sdm Kecap manis.
- Kamu perlu 1/4 cup Kaldu ayam.
- Kamu perlu Secukupnya garam, gula dan lada.

Tahapan memasak Hokian Mie Goreng
- Rebus mie sebentar sampai empuk..tiriskan dan sisihkan.
- Tumis udang dan ayam lalu sisihkan. Tumis jahe, bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum. Masukkan irisan wortel.. masak sampai empuk.
- Masukkan sayuran lainnya, masak sebentar lalu masukkan mie, ayam, udang dan bumbu lainnya.. aduk rata. Masukkan air kaldu, masak sampai kaldu menyerap.terakhir masukkan toge. Aduk bentar cek rasa dan Angkat..

Bakmi is a wheat based noodle which was brought to Indonesian archipelago by Hokkien Chinese immigrants from Fujian, generally prepared and topped with minced pork seasoned in soy sauce and A few slices of char siu (ๅ็) or barbecued pork, with addition of Chinese.
