- Rebus mie sampai matang lalu goreng hingga garing, sisihkan.
- Kocok telur, sisihkan..
- Larutkan saus tiram, tepung maizena dng air. Sisihkan.
- Tumis bawang putih dng minyak wijen hingga harum, masukan bakso dan udang..beri air. Lalu masukan kocokan telur, orak arik sedikit.. masukan sayuran keras dl Masak hingga matang, jng lupa gula, garam dan penyedap rasa..
- Terakhir masukan daun bawang dan larutan tepung maizena. Test rasa.
