For I love noodles very much, I made a lot of creation using noodle or ramen. With this project, I would like to share of making I Fu Mie. Bunda dapat memasak I fu mie menggunakan 13 bahan dan 4 langkah. Berikut ini cara membuat I fu mie.
Bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat I fu mie
- Sediakan 1 keping mie telur.
- Sediakan Aneka sayuran.
- Kamu perlu 50 gr udang kupas.
- Siapkan 2 siung bawang putih geprek cincang.
- Kamu perlu 1 siung bawang bombay iris.
- Sediakan 1 batang daun bawang iris tipis.
- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- Siapkan 1 sdt kecap ikan.
- Siapkan 1 sdt kaldu bubuk.
- Kamu perlu 1/2 sdt gula pasir.
- Siapkan secukupnya Minyak.
- 2 sdm maizena larutkan dg 50-100 ml air.

Tahapan memasak I fu mie
- Rebus mie hingga matang-tiriskan-goreng hingga kering.
- Tumis bawang putih,bawang bombay,daun bawang hingga layu. Masukan udang tumis hingga berubah warna. Masukan sayuran yg telah dipotong2. Tambahkan air secukupnya untuk kuah ifumie. Tambahkan kecap asin, kecap ikan, gula,merica,kaldu. Masak hingga mendidih dan sayuran cukup matang. Tambahkan larutan maizena sedikit2 sambil diaduk hingga kekentalan yg diinginkan.tes rasa..
- Siapkan mie yg sudah digoreng diatas piring. Siram dengan capcay beserta kuah secukupnya..
- Kekentalan kuah sesuai selera. Jika dirasa cukup bisa dihentikan. Jika tidak ada kecap asin bisa diganti garam secukupnya..
I FU MIE Kalau aku makan di restoran "Solaria", menu andalanku adalah Ifu mie. Bagiku, Ifu mie disitu enak sekali.
