- Ratakan adonan sambil taburi tepung tapioka dan ratakan lagi sampai tipis lalu potong kecil-kecil, ulangi sampai adonan abis.
- Rebus air sampai mendidih lalu masukkan mi sambil di aduk agar tidak lengket, tunggu sampai mi mengambang lalu angkat tiriskan.
- Masukkan mi kedalam mangkok dan tuang minyak goreng secukupnya lalu aduk-aduk agar mi tidak lengket, mi siap di masak.
- Potong cabe merah keriting, bawang putih, bawang merah dan tauge lalu di tumis.
- Masukkan Royco dan kecap secukupnyao lalu aduk.
- Masukkan daun bawang yang sudah diiris lalu masukkan mi nya aduk sampai rata, koreksi rasa, mi goreng homemade siap disajikan ☺️☺️❤️.
